TERMS
These terms govern the private TikTok integration “Joey in Sync”, operated by Nikolaj Krištof Jochym (“Joey”), a private individual — see the imprint. The integration is a TikTok developer application connected through Composio. Contact: joey@joeyinsync.com.
Section 01What this integration is
The integration connects Joey's own TikTok account to his workflow so he can review his profile, statistics and videos, analyse them with the help of an AI assistant, and upload or publish his own content. It uses TikTok's Login Kit, Content Posting API and Share Kit with the scopes user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, video.list, video.upload and video.publish.
Section 02Who may use it
The integration is for Joey's personal use only. It is not offered to the public, and no other person is invited or permitted to connect a TikTok account to it. It is not a commercial service and is provided free of charge.
Section 03Uploading & posting
The integration can upload videos to the connected account as drafts for further editing in TikTok, and post content directly to the account. It does so only for content Joey has created or has the rights to, and only when Joey requests it. Every upload or post follows TikTok's content and community rules, and Joey remains responsible for what is published on his account.
Section 04Permitted use
Data obtained through the integration is used only for managing and understanding Joey's own TikTok account: reviewing statistics, comparing videos, planning content and publishing it. It is not sold, rented, published as a dataset, used for advertising, or used to build profiles of other people.
Section 05TikTok's terms
Use of the integration is also subject to the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Where these terms and TikTok's terms differ, TikTok's terms take precedence for anything concerning TikTok's platform and data.
Section 06Revoking access
Access can be ended at any time by removing the app in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions, or by disconnecting the account in Composio. Once access is revoked, the integration can no longer read data from the account or upload and post to it.
Section 07No warranty
The integration is a personal tool provided as is, without any warranty of availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Joey is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
Section 08Changes & contact
These terms may be updated if the integration changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent to joey@joeyinsync.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
