IMPRINT
& LICENSING
This page says who runs joeyinsync.com and sets out the licensing and attribution notices for material shown elsewhere on the site. How personal data is handled is covered separately in the privacy policy.
Section 01Who runs this site
- Name
- Nikolaj Krištof Jochym
- joeyinsync@gmail.com
- Status
- Not registered as an entrepreneur. No company, no trade licence, not a VAT payer.
This site is a personal portfolio. It sells nothing, takes no payment, has no checkout, no contract flow and no account registration. Nothing on it is an offer to contract. Should that change — if work here is carried out for payment — the identification duties for a provider of information society services under § 4 of Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on electronic commerce would then apply, and this section will be completed accordingly. Email is the only channel; enquiries are answered from the address above.
Section 02Licensing & attribution
SCP Foundation material. Several projects described on this site are roleplay communities set in the SCP Foundation universe, or derived from it. That universe — including the Foundation itself, the O5 Council, Mobile Task Forces, Site designations, containment terminology and XK-class scenarios — is the collaborative work of the SCP Wiki community and is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0.
Source: scp-wiki.wikidot.com. This applies to Project Aurora, Site-202 "New World" and the SCP RP servers (Site-19, SCP Universe). Original lore, characters, factions, artwork and systems written or designed for those projects are my own work; as derivatives of a CC BY-SA 3.0 setting they are released under the same licence.
This is the ordinary position for any SCP-derived project. ShareAlike means the derivative lore cannot be placed under a more restrictive licence than the setting it builds on. It does not affect non-SCP work shown on this site, and it does not affect community-management services.
Section 03Third-party credits
Site-202 internal department logos were designed by community member LaughsShadows. Mobile Task Force logos and the remaining Site-202 graphics are my own work.
Generative AI. Some Site-202 concept imagery was AI-generated, and the Operation Snowfall after-action report was summarised with ChatGPT from 136 source messages. Both were disclosed as such in the server at the time of publication and are marked here for the same reason.
Game footage. Screenshots and recordings taken inside third-party games remain the property of their respective publishers and are shown here to document community operations, not as my own creative work.
Community identities. Brand marks belonging to the communities described in the case studies — Crimson Shield International, Project Aurora, Site-202 and others — are shown with the permission of their owners to document work I carried out for them. Rights in those marks remain with those communities.
Typefaces. Geist and Geist Mono (Vercel) and Instrument Serif, all under the SIL Open Font License, served from this origin.
Section 04Claims & evidence
Figures quoted in the case studies come from server message logs, member counts and dated announcement records. Supporting evidence for any figure on this site is available on request.
Testimonials are published with the documented consent of the people quoted. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the email address above, in which case the testimonial is removed.
